Shipping & Returns

  • Orders for items available in the webshop are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or special orders usually take longer to process; please contact us so we can assist you with your special request.

    When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation, it may be due to an incorrect email or a technical issue. Please contact us immediately so we can verify your order and avoid double orders.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. All items are sent via traceable shipping.

    If you have not received tracking information 8 days after your order, please contact us promptly. Packages are usually held for 14 days by the shipping service.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees applied by their country.

  • Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products:

    • Standard products can be returned or exchanged only if defective. Studio Lovisa Heinius covers the return shipping for defective items. Please contact us before sending any returns.

    • Custom or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
