The estimated delivery times below apply to orders within Sweden.

Products in the Store

• Books and limited-edition textile art: 1–2 weeks

• Square Lounge Cushions – Line & Square Collection: approximately 2–3 weeks

• Line Curtains – Line & Square Collection: approximately 4 weeks

Cushions and curtains from the Line & Square Collection are made to order using carefully selected fabrics and textile remnants. Delivery times may vary depending on fabric availability and during holiday periods.

Bespoke Orders

• Pojagi (Jogakbo) Curtains: approximately 4–8 weeks. These are ordered separately via email or our contact form.

International Orders

For deliveries within the EU, please allow approximately one additional week. For deliveries to the rest of the world, an additional 1–2 weeks may be required, depending on the destination.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and packaging costs are added at checkout and depend on the order and destination.

International Orders

We welcome orders from around the world. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Standard products: You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-Made & Bespoke Pieces: Products made to the customer's individual specifications or created specifically for them are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. made-to-measure Line & Square Collection curtains and bespoke Pojagi (Jogakbo) pieces). These items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Claims

If an item is defective or does not conform to your order, you have the right to make a claim under applicable consumer law. Please contact us before returning the item, and we will guide you through the process.

For approved claims, Studio Lovisa Heinius covers reasonable costs associated with resolving the issue.
