Orders for items available in the webshop are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or special orders usually take longer to process; please contact us so we can assist you with your special request.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation, it may be due to an incorrect email or a technical issue. Please contact us immediately so we can verify your order and avoid double orders.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. All items are sent via traceable shipping.
If you have not received tracking information 8 days after your order, please contact us promptly. Packages are usually held for 14 days by the shipping service.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees applied by their country.

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products:
Standard products can be returned or exchanged only if defective. Studio Lovisa Heinius covers the return shipping for defective items. Please contact us before sending any returns.
Custom or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
